This is the original KV version of the  "Wicked" Brushless motor and is a great motor at a great price!
Want speed but dont want to pay top $$$$ then this motor is the answer for you.

This is the 3000KV version of the Wicked motor. This is the original KV as used on my videos and is the motor I used in my 120mph Lynx. The factory called the motors "2700" but they actually measured 3000KV. Then the factory came out with a true 2700 KV version of this motor and I decided to offer both for sale.  The 2700 version allows more prop choices and specs can be found here.

The 3000KV motor is great for 3S on model like the Lynx or wings in the 36" span (or less) range. The best all around prop I have found is the APC 4.7 x 4.2 prop for 3S operation. For 4S operation, a 4.1 x 4.1 APC prop will get your great speed on a Lynx and that is how I got 120 mph on my Lynx.

Larger props are not recommended on 4S, and when using 4S the motor must get good cooling.

NOTE: The use of props larger than show on these charts will most likely fry the motor and DonsRC is not responsible for such damage.
